Yes — three months minimum for both tiers. Good strategic thinking compounds over time. Less than three months doesn't give either of us enough time to produce meaningful value. After three months, you can continue month-to-month or pause with 30 days notice.
The Essential tier is for brands that need a monthly strategic sounding board and one key review per month. The Full Partner tier is for brands with higher activity levels who need consistent input across multiple workstreams and faster response times.
No. The Strategy Partner retainer is pure strategy and advisory — we think, review, and recommend. Execution (content creation, ad management, design) sits with your internal team or external specialists. We can help you brief and oversee external partners.
Yes — and many clients do. A common pattern is completing a Clarity Audit or Action Plan first to establish the strategy, then starting a retainer to support execution. The project rates are discounted for active retainer clients.
We review together — what's been achieved, what's still on the table, whether the engagement should continue or evolve. Many clients stay for 12+ months. Others use 3–6 months to get structured and then continue independently with a strong foundation.
We cap retainer clients to ensure the work stays sharp and attentive. When capacity is full, we operate a waitlist. Quality of thinking matters more than volume of clients.
